Overview

Establishment of a panel of contractors for the supply and installation of prefab chainage markers, marking and remarking of roads, and supply and installation of road signs for 36 months across all five regions in Gauteng. Open to CIDB-registered contractors; schedules A–C correspond to specific scope, with one CIDB grade per service.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: one grade per service (Schedule A: G4 SK; Schedule B: G5 SK; Schedule C: G6 SK; higher grades available). (Tender Document)
• Proof of CIDB registration and, for Schedule A/C, active SAGC registration for Engineering Surveyor; SACPCMP registration for Safety Officer.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin; remain compliant throughout term.
• National Treasury CSD registration and separate CSD/Tax/CIPC documents for any JV or subcontractors.
• CIPC registration and evidence of corporate authority to sign; signed JV agreements if applicable.
• Integrity and conduct: complete SBDs, Integrity Pact, and avoid conflicts of interest.
• Evidence of experience: key personnel CVs (B1/B2 forms), and project experience in road marking and related works; demonstrated capacity plan and quality control procedures.
• Compliance with SA laws (labour, health & safety, environmental) and standards.
