Overview

Establishment of a panel of service providers for the supply and delivery of prefab concrete related products, G1, G5, G6 and G7 road construction materials, bitumen related products, and supply and installation of manhole grids for three years across all Gauteng Regions, on an as-and-when required basis. Bidders should be eligible contractors in road construction materials, prefab concrete products, bitumen products, and manhole grid installation, with South African registration and compliance.

Requirements

• South African entity or local SA branch; fully tax compliant; register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD PIN.
• Compliance with SA laws including labour, health and safety; SACPCMP-registered Safety Officer (or Safety Manager) for Schedule D with proof of registration.
• Attend compulsory site briefing; maintain attendance records; representative may only attend for one bidding entity.
• For joint ventures/consortia: signed, detailed agreement with percentage splits; JV bidders must not singe-bid.
• Not on National Treasury defaulters/restricted suppliers lists.
• Returnable documents: signed SBDs, CIPC/MOH registration documents, certified IDs, tax pin, CSD summary, Integrity Pact.
• Letters of Intent for each applicable schedule (A–D); delivery capability tied to Schedule B/C/D as applicable.
• Functionality and/or price evaluation as per Tender documents (Stage 1 responsiveness; Stage 2 functionality; thresholds apply).
• General contract terms governed by GCC; project-specific SCC; performance security if awarded.
