Overview

Establishment of a panel of service providers for the supply and delivery of general road maintenance materials and tools for a period of three years. • Functionality evaluation: minimum 70/100; evidence required includes prior supply orders, invoices, delivery notes, and a valid bank rating.
• Letter of Intent from supplier(s) confirming supply capability for the contract duration.
• Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance statement; proof of safety training for on-site staff.
• Returnable schedules and a service provider code of conduct; no defaulters on the National Treasury list.
