ESTABLISHMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE SUPPLY, SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF SMALL PLANT, TOOLS AND ACCESSORIES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS. This open tender by the Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport seeks bidders with capacity to supply, service and maintain small plant and related tools, with a three-year panel framework and mandatory briefing.

Requirements

• Training Facilitator must hold valid CETA accreditation and/or an operator competency certificate.
• For joint ventures/consortia, attach a detailed signed agreement with party splits.
• Fully complete and sign SBD 4; complete returnable documents; integrity pact.
• Attendance register completed at briefing; representative may attend for only one bidding entity.
• Bidders listed on National Treasury defaulter/restricted lists are disqualified.
• Tax compliance pin for consortiums; CSD registration; registration with CIPC or High Court; certified IDs of members/shareholders; bank rating; completed tender disclosures and integrity documents.
• Functionality evaluation: 100 points total, minimum 70; criteria include Company Experience (max 30), Training Facilitator (max 30), Letter of Intent (max 20), Bank Rating (max 20).
• Letter of Intent from supplier(s) required to earn points; materials must meet SA standards and certifications; certificates may be requested (Tender Document – functional criteria).
