Establishment of a Panel of up to thirty (30) 1CE to 3CE and ten (10) 4CE or Higher Civil Contractors for the Construction, Rehabilitation, Repairs and Maintenance of Municipal Infrastructure for 36 months. Requirements

• CIDB registration in good standing with CE/GB grades 1CE-3CE and 4CE or Higher.
• Residency within the eDumbe Local Municipality area; provide proof of address (municipal utility bill or affidavit).
• Mandatory documents and minimum score of 70 points; Supply Chain Management policy applies.
• Procurement procedures follow Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022 (RFQ stage: 80 points for price, 20 for specific/RDP goals).
