Overview

Independent final evaluation of the PUDC Phase 2 project, to be conducted under UNDP oversight for the Government of Senegal (PUDC) with BID financing. The Government of Senegal, via PUDC, seeks bids from experienced evaluators to conduct the final independent assessment. The RFP is issued by UNDP Senegal.
