Overview

Provision of exhibition stand construction, installation and dismantling services for SAMRC’s stand at the Safety 2026 conference in CTICC, Cape Town (6m wide x 3m deep; stands 13 and 14). Bidding should suit service providers with experience in exhibit construction, graphics fabrication, electrical works, and compliance with CTICC safety rules; SAMRC will supply the stand concept and artwork (SPEC.pdf).

Requirements

• Complete scope: build, install and dismantle the stand; coordinate with CTICC and event organizers; ensure readiness before the event and removal within the breakdown window.
• Stand and graphics: adhere to the approved concept/artwork and fit within 6m × 3m space; deliver 1 × fabric backwall (6000mm × 2500mm) and 1 × fabric sidewall (3000mm × 2500mm) per SAMRC artwork.
• Furniture and props: 1 × Custom white lockable cupboard (F028), 4 × White Komora bar stools (F017), 1 × Tulip cocktail table (F08), 1 × Crazy Ficus in Roma pot (P03).
• Electrical/lighting: 1 × 30 A, 3-phase distribution board; lighting aimed at back walls; compliant with CTICC/event safety requirements.
• Health & Safety: CTICC safety induction, PPE for personnel, competent personnel for electrical/construction/working-at-height; safe access routes and fire/waste practices.
• Deliverables and cost: fully constructed, branded, illuminated stand including dismantling; quotation must include all related costs (labour, materials, transport, installation, dismantling).
• Artwork/brand alignment: SAMRC provides stand concept/artwork; final build must reflect the supplied concept (SPEC.pdf).
