CSIR is seeking proposals to establish a Panel of Professional Service Providers to train Process Controllers on an ad hoc basis for water and wastewater treatment operations. Bidders should be experienced training providers accredited with the relevant QA bodies/SETAs/QCTO, able to deliver theoretical, practical and workplace-based training, and to support certification with DWS classification. The panel aims to provide training across municipalities as-needed, with a strong emphasis on methodology, track record, and qualified personnel.
