• Parking: 4 staff slots and 3 visitor slots (including 1 for disabled) (Bidding Document)
• Rooms: 11 offices (10–15 m² each), mess, reception, IT corner, multipurpose room for ≥20, server and storage rooms (Bidding Document)
• Utilities: electricity, water, telephone lines and internet in all offices and waiting area, at least 18 data points, 23 double electrical sockets (BS 1363) (Bidding Document)
• Amenities: 2 male and 2 female staff toilets; 1 male, 1 female, and 1 disabled toilet for visitors; air conditioning (Bidding Document)
