EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF REFRESHMENTS

Overview

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is for the supply and delivery of refreshments. It targets suppliers able to provide refreshments and/or related services; participation requires registration on the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality supplier database and adherence to SCM policies.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the NMBM supplier database (failure to register may lead to non-consideration).
• Attend the compulsory briefing/clarification session (30 September 2026 at 10:00, South End Fire Station, 2nd Floor, Metro Police Boardroom) (see Draft Advert 23-09-2026 (004).pdf..pdf).
• Submit only on official, original stamped bid documentation; no re-typing or copying.
• Tender documents must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the specified SCM offices by 11:00 on 29 October 2026; late bids are not accepted.
• The SCM policy’s preference formula applies; details in the SCM Policy (preference for previously disadvantaged small/medium contractors).
• For this EOI, the tender fee is R0.00.
