Overview

Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply and delivery of various cleaning materials. Open to suppliers capable of providing cleaning materials and who are registered on the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality supplier database; located in the Gqeberha area with delivery to Harrower Road North End, 6001.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the NMBM supplier database.
• All submissions must be made on the Municipality’s official forms (not retyped or copied).
• Tender documents (where applicable) require proof of payment; for this EOI the stated fee is R0.00.
• Submit in sealed envelopes to the specified tender boxes by the deadline; late submissions will not be accepted.

How to Apply

• Register on the NMBM supplier database (call 041 5063274/3266 to register).
• Obtain the tender documents from the SCM Tender Office (Harrower Road, North End, Gqeberha, or Kariega offices); documents referenced as Advert 03-06-2026._ (002).pdf; payment information applies and proof of payment is required (if applicable) (see Advert document).
• Prepare responses on the official Municipality forms only (no retyping or copying).
• Submit by 11:00 on 9 July 2026 in sealed envelopes clearly stating the contract number/description, to the SCM tender boxes at Harrower Road North End or 17 Sellick Street, Kariega.
• If attending clarification or briefing sessions, follow the single-session rules and deadlines published in the Advert; bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
