Overview

Expression of Interest to appoint a panel of at least 10 civil engineering professional service providers for a period of 3 years. Target bidders are civil engineering consultancies or professionals capable of preparing business plans, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed designs, tender documentation, and construction monitoring for surfaced roads, bridges, sport fields, building structures, environmental projects, and gravel roads.

Requirements

• Panel consisting of at least 10 civil engineering professionals
• Compliance with PPPFA Act No. 5 of 2000 and 2022 amendments
• Scoring: PPPFA 80/20; Price 80; BBBEE 10; Specific Goals 10
• Availability of detailed terms of reference from 3 August 2026
• Questions not entertained earlier than 4 days before closing
• Submission via sealed envelope deposited in the bid box at Budget and Treasury offices, Queenstown
