Requirements

• Demonstrated capability, financial capacity and relevant experience in planning, financing, developing, operating and managing commercial and SEZ projects.
• Company profile with ownership structure, year of establishment, core activities and years of operation.
• Evidence of experience in planning, financing, developing, operating or managing large-scale commercial, SEZ, industrial, logistics or similar projects.
• Evidence of financial capacity and access to funding for proposed development.
• Details of previous projects, applicant’s role, size, investment value and status.
• Proposed development concept and partnership approach with ESWACAA, including indicative investment value and funding structure.
• Evidence of technical and operational capability, including qualifications/experience of key personnel.
• References from clients/government entities, airports or financial institutions; copies of registration documents and licenses.
• Compliance documents: signed declaration of eligibility; Form 4.x (Form of Response, Experience, Authority, Business References, etc.); trading license; tax compliance; labour compliance; police clearance for directors; ENPF compliance; company profile; and CIC where applicable.
