Overview

Provision & maintenance of a Public Safety Incident Management & Communications Information System for a period ending 30 June 2029. Bitou Municipality invites bids from ICT suppliers with experience in public-safety IMS, incident management, and communications integration; bidders should be registered on CSD and capable of turnkey provisioning and ongoing support. Requirements

• Tenders must be completed per the tender document, placed in a sealed envelope, and externally endorsed with the Tender Number, Description and Closing Date; envelope size restrictions apply (4.5 cm width, 31.5 cm length).
• Tender documents may only be submitted on documents issued by the Municipality; the Municipality may not accept the lowest bid and may award as it deems expedient.
• Registration on the Municipality’s Accredited Supplier Database (CSD) is required for those not yet registered.
• Evaluation will use 80/20 scoring: Price 80; BBBEE Status Level contributor 10; Promotion of Local Enterprises 10; local content none.
• Non-compulsory Site Meeting/Information Session: 04 September 2026, 12:00–13:00 (Microsoft Teams link provided in the notice).
• Validity period of bids: 120 days.
• Non-refundable tender document fee: R150.65.
