• Compulsory Site-visit: 12:00, 24 June 2026 (Registration closes 12:05) at the Main beach parking area, Yzerfontein (SCM208/25/26 notice)
• Include Annexure MBD 6.1, B-BBEE certificates, and Proof of Locality with bid
• Site details and conditions subject to General and any Special Conditions of Tender; non-acceptance of the lowest bid or any part is possible
