Overview

This tender extends Mandeni Municipality’s panel of service providers for IT goods and services (Data Centre Infrastructure, Website, Application and Business Systems Development, LAN Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery) from appointment date to 11 February 2029. It is open to service providers with capability in these IT areas and who are registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Bids evaluated in two stages: functionality, then price.
• Bids valid for 120 days.
• Must comply with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No. 5 of 2000 and 2022 Regulations.
• All bidders screened via National Treasury’s Defaulters Database; canvassing prohibited.
• Bid documents available for a non-refundable fee of R600 (incl. VAT); payment by Debit Card, Cash, or EFT (POP required for email delivery).
• Bids must be sealed and deposited in the tender box by 12:00 on 2 October 2026; opening is public.
• Late, email, or fax bids will not be considered.
• Documents may be emailed after proof of payment (POP) (see document for details).

How to Apply

• Pay the bid document fee of R600 at collection or via requested bank details; POP required for email delivery.
• Submit sealed bid in the tender box at the Civic Centre by 12:00 on 2 Oct 2026; bids opened in public. The submission method is primarily in hard copy (but metadata notes electronic submission is accepted).
• Mark envelopes with the Bid No.: 09/26/27 and the full project title; include bidder’s name and address.
