Requirements

• Evidence of accreditation for Unit Standards 377224 and 120476 in the bidding company name (SETA proof).
• Proof of accreditation for Lead Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator; submission of CV templates and SETA accreditation.
• Demonstrate past/current training programs for these standards; references and supporting documents.
• Minimum 60% functionality to progress to price evaluation.
• Tax and supplier verifications: SARS TCS PIN, CSD number, municipal clearance, ID copies.
• Compliance with municipal policies, ink-printed documents; no correction fluid; originals signed.
• Submission of pricing schedule, price per delegate, and evidence of B-BBEE status; locality-based preference claims.
• 5 delegates minimum; price inclusive of all costs; venue and catering provided by the Municipality.
