Overview

Facilitation of Learner and Driver's Licences for Swellendam municipal workers over an 18-month period. This RFQ targets service providers with experience in learner/driver licensing facilitation and requires local presence in Swellendam (reside in Swellendam).

Requirements

• Special condition: service provider must reside in Swellendam.
• Submit quotations in a sealed envelope to the Municipal Quotation Box at 11 Lind Street, Swellendam by 11:00 on 07 August 2026 (SMQ03-26-27_Advert.pdf).
• Include a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN from SARS.
• Quotations evaluated under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Policy; 80 for price, 20 for preference.
• Council may accept in full or part; not necessarily the lowest bid.

• Late, email, or facsimile quotations will not be considered.
