Facilities Management (Technical Services and Maintenance) for the Kimberley Zone in Eskom’s Northern Cape GEMMA Cluster on an “as and when” basis for three years. Bidders should be FM providers capable of multi-trade facilities maintenance (electrical, mechanical, carpentry, bricklaying, painting, plumbing, welding) and meet Eskom’s pre-qualification standards (CIDB, trade registrations, and QA requirements). Requirements

• Minimum CIDB grading: 5GB. (Technical Evaluation Criteria)
• Mandatory trade registrations for core trades (e.g., Plumbing must be registered with IOPSA; Electrical registration as applicable).
• Quality management: ISO 9001-based QMS; supplier Quality Plan and related QCP/ITP requirements. (Supplier Quality Management Specification)
