Procurement of Facilities Management (Technical Services and Maintenance) for the Upington Zone in Eskom’s Northern Cape GEMMA Cluster on an “as and when” basis for three years. Bidders should be FM/technical-service providers with trades in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, bricklaying, painting, plumbing and welding, and hold relevant registrations and a quality management system.

Requirements

• Trades and scope: Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Painting, Plumbing, Welding and related maintenance (SHE high-risk scope). (SHE Spec.pdf)
• Certifications/registrations: CIDB minimum grade 5GB; Plumbing registration (IOPSA or equivalent); Electrical contractor registration; tax/commercial checks per tender returnables. (Technical Evaluation Criteria; SDL&I Annexure; Scope docs)
