Farrell's agar plates (prepared ready to use sterile media plates)

Overview

Procurement of Farrell's agar plates (prepared ready to use sterile media plates) for the ARC Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute. Bidders should be suppliers of laboratory consumables and microbiology media, with a current Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and the ability to deliver to ARC's delivery address. Submissions must follow ARC's SBD requirements, include CSD details and a signed pricing/terms package, and quotations are valid for 60 days.

Requirements

• CSD registration number and full CSD report with bid proposal.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
• Warranty/guarantee details for the goods; provide evidence of relevant experience if services are required.
• Prices quoted in ZAR and inclusive of VAT; delivery to ARC; quotations valid for 60 days.
• ARC reserves right to accept/reject terms and to conduct due diligence.
• Briefing is compulsory; venue at ARC Onderstepoort address: 100 Old Soutpan Road, Onderstepoort, PRETORIA 0110.
