Requirements

• CIDB: minimum GB2 and SQ1 gatekeeping (CIDB registration required).
• Tax and compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; if part of a consortium, each party submits its own TCS/CSD.
• BBBEE: submit valid BBBEE certificate (consolidated for JV/Consortium); points depend on BBBEE status.
• Documentation: complete and submit Schedule of Bid Documents (SBD1, SBD4, Confidentiality/NDA, Certificate of Acquaintance, F), and pricing schedule; proposals in English; pricing in ZAR.
• Miscellaneous: bid validity 120 days; no state employees or close associations in the bid; comply with GCC and any special conditions.
