Requirements

• Risk/hazard assessments and submission of plans to the municipal fire chief; obtain Flammable Liquid Storage certificate and Certificate of Occupancy (Scope A).
• Scope B capabilities: GPR surveys of all four erf(s) to determine reticulation plan, determine line sizes, and prepare/update as-built drawings (Scope B).
• Deliverables: site visit report; fire protection assessment; GPR survey report and drawings; updated site plans; weekly progress reports; completion within four weeks from award (Scope of Work.pdf).
