Overview

SANRAL seeks to appoint a consulting engineering firm to provide routine ad-hoc line markings within the Eastern Cape Province (Sarah Baartman District). The package includes related survey work and approvals as part of project delivery, with an open-tender process.

Requirements

• Relevant professional registration and capacity to undertake works under SANRAL’s TMH11 survey framework; survey work for this scope must be done by a registered surveyor or under the supervision of a registered Partner/Director (see Appendix G-Request for Survey Work.docx).
• Experience in road markings/traffic signage or related road-safety markings and ability to manage ad-hoc scope across a regional area.
• Compliance with TMH11-based survey requirements (topographical, monitoring, site surveys as applicable) and delivery formats (CAD/DTMs) per the Appendix G guidance.
• Tender validity of 92 days from bid submission (as stated in metadata).

• CIDB registration and tax clearance as required by SANRAL tender rules.
