Leasing of the Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager Sidings/Facilities Siding 861561 (Pienaarsrivier) for a period of ten (10) years. Bids are invited from juristic persons; joint ventures/consortia are allowed. The lessee must sign a TRIM Lease Agreement and meet TRIM’s open-access/open-market requirements. Requirements

• Tax and compliance: submit SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; ensure full tax compliance; separate PIN/CSD for consortium members.
• B-BBEE: valid SANAS certificate or Sworn Affidavit; specific goals apply (ownership, job creation, local enterprise).
• Experience and references: provide Annexure Q (Company Experience Summary) plus individual CVs and letters of reference for key personnel; disclose directors/owners and provide supporting evidence.
• Environmental, health and safety: obtain all environmental permits/licenses; Environmental Plan (Annexure L); BCM (Annexure O); Health & Safety Checklist (Annexure P).
• Financial capacity: proof of funding (debt/equity), bank letters, audited statements for past years, and, if applicable, parent guarantees.
