Procurement of a 10-year lease for Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager Sidings/Facilities, Siding Number 801682 (Marikana C). Bidders with integrated logistics, warehousing, industrial engineering and end-to-end supply chain know-how, plus the ability to fund investment and meet regulatory, environmental, health and safety standards, should consider bidding. Requirements

• Proven experience in integrated logistics planning/operations; provide Annexure Q and CVs (Annexure R for individual experience) with verifiable references.
• Demonstrate financial capacity: proof of funding (debt/equity), bank confirmation, audited or independently verified statements for up to three years, plus, if relevant, parent and/or JV support.
• Tax and registration compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD registration; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Environmental, health and safety: obtain necessary environmental permits; Environmental Plan (Annexure L), BCM Plan (Annexure O), OHS compliance and related checklists (Annexure P).
• Lease and operational readiness: sign TRIM Lease Agreement framework; submit detailed Investment Plan (Annexure K) and a Concept Operational Model with milestones; plan for asset maintenance and end-of-lease conditions.
• Specific Goals and ownership: complete Annexure J for Specific Goals; provide B-BBEE ownership details and relevant letters of reference.
