Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in integrated logistics planning/operations; provide company profile and Annexure Q, plus at least one reference letter.
• Financial capacity: proof of funding (debt/equity), bank confirmations, and audited financials for the last three years (or alternatives if <3 years); if part of a consortium, each party must provide separate Tax Compliance/Pin or CSD details.
• Tax and B-BBEE compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/CSD) and SANAS B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit.
• Environmental/health and safety: environmental authorisations/licenses, Water Use License where applicable, Environmental Plan (Annexure L), BCM Plan (Annexure O), Health and Safety Checklist (Annexure P).
• Lease and investment obligations: willingness to sign the TRIM Lease Agreement (Annexure H) and submit Detailed Investment Plan (Annexure K) detailing immovable/movable assets; maintenance responsibilities; end-of-lease conditions.
• Governance and risk: compliance with TRIM risk assessment (Annexures M/N), security plan (Annexure S), and organisational structure with key personnel.
