Leasing of the Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager Sidings/Facilities, Siding 801348 (Bela Bela) for a period of ten (10) years. Requirements

• Relevant experience in integrated logistics planning and operations; provide Annexure Q (Company Experience Summary) and Annexure R (Individual Experience Summary) with verifiable references.
• Financial capacity: evidence of funding (debt/equity), bank confirmations, audited statements for >3 years, and, if applicable, parent company support; tax/compliance verification (TCS PIN or CSD number).

• Security and community: high-level security plan, SERP, and community relations framework (Section 4.7).
• Investment plan: Detailed Annexure K (Detailed Investment) including immovable/movable assets and maintenance responsibilities (4.8).
• Pricing and risk: Annexure I (Rental Offer); potential turnover rental; market valuation mechanism (4.9).
