Overview

Supply and delivery of additional sports uniforms and equipment for the ongoing Kisii County Governor’s Tournament. This is an Open National Tender; bidders may bid for multiple lots and should be manufacturers or authorized distributors of sports apparel and equipment. Documents are via Kisii website or PPIP, with procurement through IFMIS; note local content rules and anti-corruption commitments.

Requirements

• Eligibility and conduct: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, no fraud/corruption, not debarred, no conflicts of interest; JV rules apply; tax clearance requirements.
• Goods and supplier qualifications: evidence of conformity to Schedule of Requirements; Manufacturer’s Authorization if not the manufacturer; evidence of spare parts/maintenance capability if applicable.
• Tender security: provide Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; validity as specified.
• Local and origin rules: declarations on origin; for certain Kenyan-sourced items, preference for Kenya-origin goods; compliance with environmental/standards where specified.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, price schedules, and all attachments (joint venture agreements if applicable; any required authorizations).
