AUDIO VIRSUAL EQUIPMENT

Overview

Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of audiovisual equipment for Greater Kokstad Municipality Council Chamber. Open to all bidders registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); bidders must provide SARS Tax Pin/Tax Clearance and comply with tax, CSD and municipal rates requirements as outlined in the tender documents. The scope covers AV hardware (86" interactive display, 55" 4K LED panel, wireless presentation, 4K HDMI extenders, routing, speakers and control systems), camera tracking/delegate systems, cabling, installation and handover, with completion within one month of appointment.

Requirements

• Must be registered on CSD; provide a current CSD report (not older than 3 months) or provide the CSD number.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status; for joint ventures, separate TCS/CSD for each party; where no TCS, provide CSD printout.
• Complete and submit mandatory MBD documents (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and returnable schedules; acknowledge pre-conditions and site briefing requirements.
• Proof that company and directors do not owe municipal rates/taxes for >90 days; provide certificates or affidavits.
• Provide/warrant components; pricing valid for 90 days; prices inclusive of VAT; complete Pricing Schedule (MBD3.1).
• Must attend compulsory tender briefing (27 Oct 2026) and sign the attendance register; adhere to bid opening/submission rules.
• Bids from persons in the service of the state are disqualified.
