Overview

Procurement of a service provider to perform electrical repair and programming to 7 existing control panels for industrial ovens, including testing, calibration and commissioning. Bidders should have electrical repair/programming capability and meet Transnet’s general bid conditions; site visits/briefings may be required and returnable documents must be submitted as per the bid documents. Requirements

• Compliance with Transnet General Bid Conditions and any Special Conditions in the Bid Documents. (Annexure F)
• Demonstrated capability to perform electrical repair and programming work on control panels.
• Attendance at site visits/briefing sessions if indicated as compulsory in the RFX. (Annexure F)
• Submission of all returnable documents in accordance with the bid documents. (Annexure F)
• Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to accessing bid information. (Annexure E)
• Prices in Rand; Delivered Duty Paid basis unless otherwise specified; VAT shown as required. (Annexure F)
• Security/deed of suretyship if required after award. (Annexure F)
