Overview

Appointment of a Traffic Monitoring Managing Service Provider to coordinate and mentor subcontractors for manual and short-term traffic counts across multiple SA provinces. Bidders should have experience in traffic data collection, subcontractor management, and relevant certifications (Manual Traffic Monitoring Certification; Electronic Traffic Monitoring Certification), and must be registered on the CSD at tender close.

• Meet the mandatory technical requirement.
• Ability to manage and mentor subcontractors delivering manual and short-term traffic counts.
