Requirements

• Key personnel: Road Safety Audit Team Leader (Registered Professional Engineer/Technologist with ECSA or recognized international body; ≥10 years in Road Safety/Traffic/Geometric Design; 5 CPD points in Road Safety Audit; 2 CPD points within last 5 years; ≥2 formal Road Safety Audits in last 3 years as Lead/Member) and Road Safety Audit Team Members (Diploma/Engineering degree; ≥3 years relevant experience; 5 CPD points in Road Safety Audit).
• Transformation: mandatory engagement of one additional Road Safety Audit team member from QSE/EME for capacity building.
• Certifications: valid B-BBEE certificate (SANAS-accredited) or compliant alternative; registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database; tax compliance certificates; evidence of insurance; compliance with OH&S and COID where applicable.
• Compliance: no collusive practices; local site familiarity; tender to be submitted in the formats specified (non-PDF except attachments); arithmetical and pricing checks apply.
