Procurement of one cataract machine for a two-year period at Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital. Issued by Western Cape Department of Health & Wellness (Open-Tender). Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with confirmation (MAAA) and CSD report, or self-register before closing. Tax/compliance status verified via CSD/SARS; seven-day cure period if non-compliant.
• Compliance with GCC and any applicable Special Conditions; 80/20 price-preference; valid BBBEE documentation (WCBD6.1) and WCBD4.
• Occupational Health and Safety Agreement (Section 37(2)); signed and submitted.
• SAHPRA/MCC medical-device registration or evidence; international standards (ISO/CE/IEC) where applicable.
• Detailed price schedule, including breakdowns for components and consumables across the contract; maintenance and consumables pricing.
