Overview

The SACAA seeks quotes for the printing, supply and installation of custom wallpaper for the SACAA Contact Centre and Client Service Walk-in Centre. Bidders should have design, printing and installation experience of wallpapers in office environments, with branding alignment and after-hours installation capability. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and supplier number.
• Complete and sign SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; SBD7 to be used if awarded; include pricing schedule.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS for joint ventures/consortia.
• B-BBEE: valid B-BBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Mandatory site inspection on 01 October 2026 at 11:00; take measurements and flag discrepancies in writing; area measurements reflect specified spaces (Client Service Walk-In Centre and Contact Centre).
• Technical proposal: minimum three design concepts; project plan with timelines; installation plan and health/safety measures; company profile with website; at least three references; CV of project lead (Interior Decorator/Designer).
• Wallpaper/material specs: heavy-duty fabric-backed vinyl (≥400 g/m²), washable, stain/chemical and bacterial resistant, fire-rated, suitable for high-traffic areas; professional installation outside SACAA hours; waste removal.
• Area sizes: Walk-In Centre 15 m x 3.1 m; Contact Centre 8 m x 3.1 m.
