Overview

The RFQ seeks the provision of branded t-shirts, doek and gazebo for EFFYC Alice Campus. This invitation is relevant to suppliers of branded promotional textiles and outdoor shelter products, including apparel manufacturers and branding/print specialists, capable of delivering campus-scale orders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supplying branded apparel (t-shirts) and fabric items (doek) plus outdoor shelters (gazebos) to institutions.
• Branding capability with appropriate methods (screen printing, embroidery or transfers) ensuring color accuracy and durability.
• Clear pricing, reliable lead times, and ability to provide branding proofs or samples on request.
• Compliance with UFH procurement processes and ability to complete contract documentation timely.
