FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES IN KZN MIDLANDS AND SURROUNDING AREAS FOR TRANSNET PROPERTY FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS

Overview

The procurement is for the provision of cleaning services in the KZN Midlands and surrounding areas for Transnet Property for a period of 36 months. Bidders should be professional cleaning/service providers with commercial contract cleaning/facilities management capability and compliance requirements (tax, CSD, BBEEE, COIDA), and must submit electronically via Transnet’s TDPS portal.

Requirements

• Demonstrated cleaning/soft-services management experience with CVs for key personnel (Operations Manager) as per Annexure B
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; ensure tax matters are in order
• B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit
• COIDA/Letter of Good Standing
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or tax-compliance status as applicable; adherence to PPPFA/PFMA and integrity provisions (Annexure E/F) and Master Agreement (Annexure C)

• Submission method: Upload bid responses electronically to the Transnet e-Supplier Submission Portal (TDPS) at esupplierportal.transnet.net; ensure required file sizes and that pricing is entered in TDPS (no paper pricing) (SBD 1; TDPS submission rules).
• Documents to complete/submit (cite from attached docs): SBD1 Form; Fully completed pricing schedule (TDPS) per Annex H; Annexure B (Technical Submission) with CVs; Annexure D (General Bid Conditions); Annexure E (Integrity Pact); Annexure F (NDA); Annexure G (Schedule of Requirements); Annexure C (Master Agreement) and any other returnables per Annex H.
• Pre-qualifications: SARS Tax PIN or CSD registration; Tax Compliance Status; B-BBEE verification; COIDA; ensure documents are available for upload.
