Overview

The SACAA invites quotes for the provision of cyber security and artificial intelligence training for its internal audit staff (10 attendees), to be conducted onsite in one day at BYLS Bridge Office Park, Centurion. Bidders should be service providers with proven capability in cyber security and AI training, certified trainers (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISM or equivalent), and accreditation to issue CPD/CPE certificates, with track record delivering public-sector training and practical audit‑focused outcomes.

Requirements

• Certified trainer(s) with relevant qualifications (CEH/CISSP/CISM or equivalent) and organisation accreditation to issue CPE/CPD certificates.
• Company experience: proven track record in cyber security and AI training; strong candidate with 8+ years’ experience; trainer with 10+ years is preferred.
• Compliance documents: proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 completed; tax compliance status or SARS PIN/CSD number; adherence to PPPFA 2022 80/20 Framework.
• Delivery scope: onsite one-day training for 10 internal audit staff; curriculum addressing cyber security topics and AI usage in audits.
• Technical proposals must include methodology and clear training outcomes; references (5 client letters) and/or more detailed CVs for trainers.
