Overview

Provision of medical laboratory services for the Phelophepha Health Care Trains I and II on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of three years. Bidders should be able to provide compliant medical laboratory services and hold HPCSA registration with SANAS accreditation/confirmation (or equivalent) and meet South African tax and supplier registration requirements (SARS PIN, CSD).

Requirements

• Valid proof of current HPCSA registration (certificate).
• SANAS Accreditation or Letter of Confirmation from SANAS.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN; may submit TCS certificate or be registered on CSD (or provide CSD number if no TCS).
• If bidding as JV/consortium, a signed JV/consortium agreement or written confirmation of intent with % split.
• Agreement to be bound by Transnet’s Master Terms including Supplier Integrity Pact and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
