Overview

SANRAL seeks to appoint a service provider for Office Facility Management (Integrated Facilities Management) for the Limpopo Provincial Office (12 Dimitri Crescent, Platinum Park, Bendor, Polokwane) for 60 months. Suitable bidders are facilities management providers with multi-disciplinary capabilities (cleaning, security, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, fire, building management systems, waste, catering, office supplies and related workplace services) and with strong compliance, risk, and contract-management capabilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrable IFM experience with relevant projects; submit Form B1 with client references and Letters of Award; projects must be within last 10 years (Form B1/B2).
• Key personnel: Contract Manager with appropriate qualifications/experience (NQF-6 or higher; 1+ years on relevant projects) and project-specific experience (Form B2).
• Full compliance with Bid documents and returnables; completion of SBD forms (SBD1 and other listed returnables) and supporting documents (A2–A18, B1, B2, etc.) as per Section 5.
• Tax and regulatory compliance: Tax Clearance/TCS (SARS PIN), CSD registration, COIDA Good Standing, BBBEE verification, and related declarations.
• Governance and integrity: conflict of interest disclosures, anti-collusion, and required JV/consortium arrangements if applicable.
• Other: Security clearance may be required; compliance with all applicable laws, and adherence to specified procurement rules (PPPFA, GCC, etc.).
