Overview

Office Facility Management services for SANRAL Northern House (32 Ida Street, Menlo Park, Pretoria) for 60 months. Bidders should be experienced integrated facilities management (IFM) providers capable of delivering cleaning, security, landscaping, HVAC and building services, fire and life safety, BMS integration, catering, and related services. Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and able to demonstrate tax compliance and COIDA status; attendance at a mandatory briefing is required. Requirements

• Demonstrated IFM capability across the listed scope (a–u in the RFP).
• Compliance with National Treasury CSD registration (or proof) and tax compliance status; provide SARS PIN.
• COIDA Certificate of Good Standing.
• Returnable documents including SBD forms and JV/consortium details if applicable.
• Security clearance may be required for personnel.
• JV/consortium: must submit a signed JV agreement or intention to form one.
• Compliance with POPIA, BBBEE, and related statutory requirements.
