Overview

Provision of Travel Management Services to the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) for a period of three (3) years. SACAA invites travel management providers with IATA/ASATA credentials, strong cost-management capabilities, and capacity for on-site support, reporting, and integration with SharePoint/online systems to bid.

Requirements

• Mandatory compliance and registrations
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with supplier number
• Submit the following bid documents: SBD 1, SBD 3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (or CSD number if no PIN)
• Certifications: valid IATA license/certificate and ASATA membership
• Evaluation criteria include dedicated account management (CVs, qualifications), on-site travel consultant, and documented methodology
• Technical and operational capabilities including Online Booking Tool, MIS reporting, and on-site office facilities
• Pricing model: fixed per-transaction fees (Annexure A) and three-envelope submission
• Security: access-code arrangement for the office park (pre-arranged via contacts)
