Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 9CE or higher (as stated on Tender Data).
• Tenders from potentially emerging enterprises with a lower CIDB grading will not be accepted.
• Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Tenders must be submitted on the issued tender documentation; ensure bidder name and contact details are on the cover page.
• Bid validity: 84 days.

• Briefing: compulsory virtual briefing on 24 August 2026 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams; bidders must email to request the join link (link request due 2 days before briefing). Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) will not be allowed; one bidder’s representative may not represent more than one tenderer. A briefing presentation will be sent to attendees.
