FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIAGNOSTIC KITS TO ALL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, WESTERN CAPE GOVERNMENT HEALTH AND WELLNESS, FOR A THREE YEAR PERIOD

Procurement of the supply and delivery of diagnostic kits to all institutions under the Western Cape Department of Health for a three-year period. The invitation targets suppliers of medical diagnostics (ketone meters and test strips, HCG urine pregnancy test strips, and multi-drug urine test strips) with capabilities in in vitro diagnostics, point-of-care devices, and consumables. Bidders should have regulatory and quality registrations (SAHPRA, ISO 13485), and be able to operate via the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with tax/compliance status verified, plus B-BBEE where applicable. The contract includes sampling/clinical evaluation, delivery to WC stores, and 30-day EFT payments, with ROE considerations and firm pricing expectations for the contract term.
