For the Supply, delivery, installation and commisioning of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment

Overview

Majuba TVET College invites tenders for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment; laboratory equipment; solar equipment; and insurance services across campuses. Bidders should have expertise in HVAC/refrigeration installations, laboratory equipment supply, solar installations, or insurance services for public-sector educational facilities, with the ability to submit electronically.

Requirements

• Distinct tender lines: NTC 26/06 C (air conditioning/refrigeration), NTC 26/13 O (laboratory equipment), NTC 26/07 C (solar equipment), CO 26/26 O (insurance services).
• Obtain tender documents by paying R500 per service and sending proof of payment to peggy.mazibuko@majuba.edu.za (electronic issue of documents).
• Site meetings: Service 3 (solar) has a compulsory site meeting on 26 Oct 2026 at 10:00; others no compulsory site meeting.
• Clarifications closing: 16 November 2026; no further clarifications after that date.
• Tender documents to be placed in the Tender Box at Majuba TVET College Central Office, 83 Allen Street, Newcastle 2940.
• Administrative/technical enquiries via the contacts listed in the tender packs; use the provided emails and phone numbers.

How to Apply

• Decide which service(s) to bid on (air conditioning/refrigeration, laboratory equipment, solar equipment, or insurance services). See the four tender lines above; details in the attached advert documents.
• Obtain tender documents: from 15 October 2026 to 16 November 2026, by emailing proof of payment to peggy.mazibuko@majuba.edu.za (document cost R500 per service; see bank details in the advert).
• Pay to Majuba TVET College bank account (ABSA, Acc 4058480028, Branch 632005) and email proof of payment to the same contact.
• Submit responses via electronic submission before 12:00 on 16 November 2026, or place physical tender documents in the College’s Tender Box as per the service you’re bidding on. For Service 3, attend the compulsory site meeting at the specified venue and time; for other services, follow the non-mandatory briefing guidance in the tender packs.
