Overview

Supply and delivery of various training courses for the Fire, Rescue and Disaster Management for a period ending 30 June 2029. Bidders should be training providers with capability to deliver fire/rescue/disaster management courses and be compliant with South African procurement rules (CSD registration, BBBEE considerations). The contract uses an 80/20 Preference Point System per PPPFA (2022) and local supplier locality scoring.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to bid submission.
• Evaluation uses 80/20: Price 80 points, BBBEE 10 points, locality of supplier as defined (within Oudtshoorn 10; Garden Route 5; Western Cape 2; outside 0).
• Compliance with Oudtshoorn Municipality SCM Policy; no bids from persons in the service of the state.
• Tender documents must be fully completed on original documents and remain valid for 120 days after closing.
