FORMAL TENDER: TD 04/10/2026: SUPPLY, DEVELOP AND DELIVERY OF A FULLY FUNCTIONAL WEBSITE AND HOSTING SERVICES FOR CANGO CAVES FOR A PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2029

Overview

Tender to supply, develop and deliver a fully functional website and hosting services for Cango Caves, for a period ending 30 June 2029. Suitable for bidders with web development, CMS, hosting, security and ongoing maintenance capabilities; must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with the 80/20 PPPFA framework, local procurement preferences, and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to award.
• Tender must be submitted on the original documents; documents remain valid for 120 days after closing.
• Procurement evaluated under the 80/20 Preference Point System: Price 80 points, BBBEE 10 points. Locality points: Oudtshoorn municipality 10; Garden Route 5; Western Cape 2; Outside WC 0.
• No bids from persons in the service of the State will be considered.
• Tender documents and collection: hard copies cost R430 (VAT incl.); PDF delivered free via email. Submission must be to the Oudtshoorn Municipality SCM tender box.
