Overview

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in updating Municipal SDF and CEF.
• Compliance with the 80/20 PPPFA framework and Oudtshoorn SCM Policy.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to award.
• Tender documents to be completed on the original forms; tender validity of 120 days.
• Locality preference scoring: Oudtshoorn 10 points; Garden Route 5; Western Cape 2; Outside Western Cape 0.
• No bids from persons in the service of the state; municipality may withdraw/re-advertise or reject tenders.
