Overview

Renewal of Fortinet FortiWiFi 40F device licenses and 3-year FortiCare/FortiGuard maintenance for 36 units. Bidders should be ICT/cybersecurity service providers with Fortinet/FortiGate experience and OEM/reseller authorization, able to deliver online via VotaQuotes, provide required reseller letters, three Fortinet-related references, and co-ordinate 3-year maintenance to end concurrently.

Requirements

• 3-year, 24x7 FortiCare and FortiGuard UTP, IPS, Advanced Malware Protection, App Control, URL/DNS Filtering, and Premium Support for 36 FortiWiFi 40F devices (FM40FITK serials listed in the bid).
• OEM authorization to sell the product; if reseller is via distributor, include OEM authorisation for distributor (and distributor authorization where applicable) (see attached document).
• Complete Appendix A (Technical Bid Response) and Appendix B (Pricing Schedule); submit online on VotaQuotes.
• Provide at least three (3) current references for Fortinet Fortigate-related work (customer name, contact, details, service description, value).
• Pricing must be VAT inclusive, firm for 180 days, and co-terminated so all devices end simultaneously; delivery to Centurion, SA.
• Compliance: SBD4 disclosure, CSD registration, tax compliance, not a tender defaulter, not a restricted supplier (per evaluation criteria).
• Delivery readiness: delivery/activation within 15 days of PO; no briefing session.
