Overview

Procurement of twelve Neutral Earthing Resistors (NERs) for Foskor Phalaborwa—the capital electrical spares, one-off supply. Bidders should be capable electrical equipment suppliers/manufacturers with HV/LV NER experience, able to meet Foskor COPs, relevant SANS standards, ISO 9001, and on-site safety and delivery requirements (9×550V, 2×3300V, 1×6600V).

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supplying NERs/related equipment; include project descriptions and client contacts; provide 550V, 3300V and 6600V factory test reports. (Annexure A)
• Quality management: provide a Quality Plan, Quality Assurance and Quality Control documents; ISO 9001 certificate; minimum 12-month after-delivery guarantee. (Annexure C)
• Compliance: adhere to Foskor COPs, Service Provider Control, and applicable standards (SANS 10201, 10200, 60255-127, 61869-1/2/3, EE/SANS-related specs). Include environmental and MHSA requirements as applicable.
• Lead time: offer delivery lead time; evaluated per Annexure D (target: ≤8–10 weeks from order).
• Integrity and confidentiality: sign and comply with the Supplier Integrity Pact and Non-Disclosure Agreement. (Annexure D; Annexure E)
• Site access and SHEQ: comply with Foskor site entry requirements, risk assessments, PPE, and related on-site controls. (Annexure G)
